Currently, Martiswoods Firewise Community is comprised of 142 single-family homes.

Homes in our community have been built one at a time with some homes constructed over 50 years ago and others more recently. Our homes have diverse styles yet common features for living at a high elevation with heavy snowfall. There are no HOAs/POAs/CC&Rs, and no common space within our community.

We are a group of volunteers working together to make our community safer and resilient to wildfires.
